Why are you a caregiver?

One of my first patients I cared for was bed bound for 2 years. He was married for 50+ years & watching how gentle & patient his wife was to him every single day inspired me & helped me understand unconditional love & what it means to never leave someone's side no matter the situation. I also had a client impaired from the waist down who lived with his mom who wasn't very nice to him. I became his voice & advocate. Seeing how excited he was to see me every visit & expressing his gratitude made me feel like I am making an difference in someone's life.

What do you like to do for fun?

I love music & spending time with my family. I am the oldest of 9 , Mom to 2, Aunt of 2 & Cat mom of 2 Rescues. I love being outdoors, beach or pool always gets me excited! I enjoy sitting on my balcony on cold days drinking hot tea & on warm days listening to music watching nature.
