Why are you a caregiver?

I was inspired to become a caregiver after witnessing a vulnerable patient being abused by his current caregiver. Seeing that form of neglect and mistreatment is what aided my decision in being a caregiver. I believe every patient should be treated as though they are family members or loved ones. So when I care for my patients I treat them as such.
